With personal experience driving her passion, Viv is dedicated to giving every child the best start in life, so that families can flourish for generations to come

Vivian Allen
I’m Emma, I organise and run all of DorPIP’s social media accounts, communications, branding and website. I have two younger daughters and have personal experience with bonding and attachment issues whilst my children were infants. I previously being a Nanny in Greece and after I had my children I trained as a graphic designer and operated my own business. so I’m able to bring creative flair and knowledge of technology to managing the projects we run at DorPIP.

Emma Girling
Emma is from a background of business development and is actively involved in coordinating DorPIP's fundraising and grant applications. She uses her organised and 'happy to get stuck in' attitude to support other team members with any administrative duties that help DorPIP to achieve its objectives.
